Vantell Elite Insulated Panel is an integrated exterior wall panel that combines an MgO-based sheathing board, a factory-laminated self-adhered water-resistive barrier and a PIR insulation layer into one prefabricated panel system. It is designed to simplify high-performance wall construction by reducing the need for separately installed sheathing, housewrap and exterior insulation layers.
By integrating exterior sheathing, WRB protection and PIR insulation into one panel, Vantell Elite Insulated Panel helps improve jobsite efficiency, support continuous air and water barrier performance, and provide exterior-side thermal control for energy-efficient wall assemblies.
The standard sheathing board thickness is 12 mm. PIR insulation thickness and total panel thickness can be customized according to project requirements. This makes the panel suitable for different wall assembly designs, thermal performance targets and prefabricated construction requirements.

System Use
Vantell Elite Insulated Panel should be used as part of a complete exterior wall moisture management and thermal control system. Panel joints, fasteners, window and door openings, corners, roof-wall transitions and service penetrations should be sealed with compatible Vantell seam tapes, flashing tapes, fastener sealing patches and penetration sealing components.
When properly integrated with the full Vantell envelope system, the panel helps create a more continuous exterior protection layer for water resistance, air-tightness, vapor management, insulation performance and long-term wall durability.
