High-Performance Modular Building Envelope with Vantell Double-Reflective Rainscreen System
A 2025 modular building project integrating Vantell reflective cladding, rainscreen drainage and ventilation, reflective WRB, interior vapor control and sealing technologies into one factory-assembled building envelope system. Originally developed for a mobile healthcare application, the envelope strategy was designed to manage heat, rainwater, moisture and air leakage while remaining adaptable to a wide range of modular and transportable buildings.
Qujing Off-Grid Net-Zero Energy Office
Completed in 2022 in Qujing, Yunnan, this office combines a demand-reducing Vantell envelope with facade-integrated BIPV and rooftop photovoltaics. With no utility-grid connection and no grid import or export, the building supports day-to-day office operation and EV charging within its own on-site energy boundary.
Weichang Complete Building Envelope System
A 2025 cold-region low-rise building envelope project in Weichang, Hebei, China. Vantell provided building envelope system support and overall technical solution support, using a coordinated wall and roof package including VWC523SA self-adhered housewrap, VRS523101 rainscreen drainage layer, MGO-PIR-MGO insulated panels, VSST seam sealing tape, VWFAXW window flashing tape, Corner Guard components, VFSP fastener sealing patches and VSRU15500 roof underlay.
