VDST is a double-sided acrylic sealing tape for concealed lap sealing and bonding in building envelope assemblies. Installed between overlapping layers, it bonds compatible air-control and vapor-control membranes, wall wraps and roof underlays, helping maintain continuity at the connection.
It also supports membrane-to-substrate bonding and temporary positioning on compatible metal, plastic and wood-based surfaces before required mechanical fastening. The adhesive joint remains within the overlap or contact area, leaving the outer membrane surface uncovered.
